The Bow & Barrel Bar Co. is a Calgary-owned mobile bar service built on  more than 20 years of hospitality experience, an eye for detail and a spirit built for fun! We show up early, pour generously, and leave your space cleaner than we found it, so you can actually enjoy your own event.

Every event starts at a $1,000 minimum. Bartender staffing scales with your guest count, so service never feels stretched thin.

How It Works

Booking is simple.

Request a Quote
Tell us your date, guest count and venue.

Secure Your Date
A $500 non-refundable deposit locks in your booking.

Finalize Details
Confirm headcount and settle your final balance 7 days out.

No Pour Decisions! 
We arrive early, set up, serve, and clean up after.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
$500 deposit due at booking to secure your date. Non-refundable.
Remaining balance is refundable, minus any costs already incurred, up until 7 days before your event.
Final payment is due in full 7 days before your event date.
No refunds are available within 7 days of your event, including same-day cancellations.
